The MCS East Midlands would be pleased to welcome you to any of the rallies listed in the rally programme.
Our rallies are a gathering of CCC members for a weekend or maybe a THS with friends, old and new. I usually say it’s like a rugby tour without the mess: eat, drink, laugh, and have some fun along the way.
The rally Stewards are members who have volunteered their time to run and organise the rally, arranging the site and services, signing the approach to the rally field, and arranging any entertainment, which may include social evenings, competitions, games, maybe a trip. All of which you may join in, or of course, you are free to do your own thing.
It is easy to book a rally. Just ring the number of the steward to book in.
When you are near the site you will see our direction signs, as you enter the site you will see the rally marshals motorhome, camper, caravan, which is usually the first in the field and will have the big flag and rally marshals sign beside it.
Please stop and introduce yourselves, book in and pay your fee.
They will give you any information for the rally, you will then be shown to your pitch. If you have a caravan, it is normal practice to park your car on the off-side of your caravan, likewise if you have a motorhome and car.
You will be shown where to find the drinking water tap and the toilet (Elsan) disposal point. Dry waste/rubbish should be taken home with you unless there are designated bins.
There is sometimes a bring and share supper which will be notified at the time of booking, a raffle, and a coffee morning on the last day, with a thank you to the marshals a farewell and thank you and a safe onward journey from the chairman.
So why not give us a try and please come and join us, as we all rally for pleasure and aim to share enjoyable rallies.
Blue Badge holders will get disabled parking at our meetings.

As soon as you are a member you will be assigned to a DA (District Association). This will be the closest DA to where you live and shown on your membership card.
You are then free to go camping with any of the 93 DA's over 13 Regions in the UK.
